ILA Smart Learning is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information from users of our mobile application for parents and students at our English language school in Vietnam.

a. Personal Information Accessed Based on Parental Consent:

This app does not directly collect or request personal information from users. Instead, upon login, the app accesses limited personal information that was previously provided by the parent or guardian during course registration at one of our physical centers. This includes: 

• Student name

• Parent name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Class and course information

• Login credentials (issued by our school and used solely for access to the app)

This information is securely stored in our existing database and is retrieved solely to provide personalized learning experiences within the app. The app does not allow users to modify or submit this information. 

b. Information Generated During App Use

The only data the app sends to our servers is student learning activity, such as homework result. This information is used to support academic tracking and is linked to the student’s profile already stored in our secure system.

We do not collect or share any additional data beyond what is described above.

c. Usage Data

This data is used to understand general app performance and troubleshoot issues. It is not used to identify individual users':

• App usage statistics

• Device type and operating system

• IP address

• Log information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide access to course schedules, homework, progress reports, and announcements

• Communicate with parents

• Ensure system security and prevent misuse

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Teachers and administrative staff for educational and support purposes

• Third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no digital transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• All student data accessed or transmitted through the app is used with prior parental consent, obtained during in-person course registration. 

• The app does not permit students to enter any personal information, nor does it include messaging or user-generated content.

• The app is not designed for independent use by children under 13 years of age.

• Access or correct your personal information

• Request deletion of your data

• Withdraw consent at any time
