Honorary Lifetime Membership

Each year IJAS grants Honorary Lifetime Memberships to individuals who have made significant contributions to the objectives of the organization. Any member of the IJAS may make nominations. The nomination should be accompanied by a typed description of the nominee’s service to IJAS and to the students of the State of Illinois. Please send the nomination and a brief summary of the candidate’s performance to the president, Kathy Pericak-Spector, by email to kpericak.math.siu.edu@gmail.com.

Some special awards for the IJAS State Exposition are being underwritten by the generous support of the Illinois Pathways Initiative and it's Health Science Learning Exchange and sponsoring member The DeVry Foundation.

Illinois Pathways is a new and innovative State of Illinois-led STEM education initiative designed to support college and career readiness for all students. Illinois Pathways supports local programs that empower students to explore their academic and career interests while also supporting new statewide, public-private partnerships known as Learning Exchanges that better coordinate investments, resources and planning for tho​​se programs.
