Brief Bio:  Neha Sardana is a B.Tech from IIT Roorkee and MS from the Technical University of Denmark. She is a Ph.D. from International Max Planck Research School for Science & Technology of Nanostructures (IMPRS-MLU), Germany. She has served as a Scientist at the Institute of Nano Science & Technology and as an Assistant Professor at IIT Jodhpur before joining IIT Ropar in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. 

Her key interests are in the field of Nanostructured materials and plasmonics. She has made three devices and filed 6 patents. 

She has been awarded the Indian National Young Academy of Sciences (INYAS) membership for 2021-2025 and  the IEI Young Engineers Award 2021-22 under the Metallurgical & Materials Engineering Division, The Institution of Engineers (India), 2022.
