Welcome! I am a doctoral candidate in Human Capital & Organizational Dynamics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Jodhpur.

My research interests are in the field of gender stereotypes, with a passion for uncovering the hidden biases that shape our society. As an early career researcher and educator, I bring a fresh perspective and an unwavering commitment to rigorous research work. My motivation to explore the complexities of gender stereotypes stems from a desire to create a more equitable world where everyone is valued and treated with respect. 

Alongside research, I am also an enthusiastic educator who enjoys sharing knowledge and insights. I am an avid traveller who loves to explore new cultures and gain a deeper understanding of the world.
