Step-1: Make payment using the link: https://form.qfixonline.com/iitsdrform

After successful payment, you will receive an email from <noreply@qfixinfo.com>, which will contain a pdf of the payment receipt to be uploaded in Step-2. 

Note: 

1. In case of UPI payment, the payment confirmation email is received after 5-mins (when the link expires).

2. Sometimes this email goes in your spam folder.
