Circular Dichroism, J-815 Spectropolarimeter JASCO using the single or six position peltier temperature thermostatted cell holders, one can design experiments to monitor any aspect of protein folding. The optional side entry port allows the simultaneous measurement of total fluorescence or fluorescence detected CD FCD.
