About the event
Dept. of Mathematics IIT Hyderabad conducted a 2 days symposium on Geometry of Banach spaces. The aim of this event is to assemble together all experts from research scholars to faculty who are working on the Theory of Banach spaces.

Topics to be covered
Some recent developments in the analysis of Banach spaces, particularly the geometry of operator spaces, various geometric viewpoints of the C* algebras and about the possibilities of extensions of linear maps both for scalar and vector-valued cases. Geometric behaviour of the sequence spaces like Orlicz, Musielak, Ces`aro, Orlicz-Ces`aro spaces, approximation in normed linear spaces and their various applications.
