The presentation generation tools create different slides giving an outline for the presentation on the basis of the prompt given by the teacher, following are few examples of how teachers can use these tools to create presentations for different subjects -

Its basic version can be used for free which makes it a preffered choice for users. Let us now look at how teachers can use SlidesAI in order to create presentation for a CBSE class 8 Science topic called "Some Natural Phenomena". At the end we will share few other Gen AI tools that can be used to automatically generate presentations.

Download and Install SlidesAI Application from Slides AI website by clicking on "Install SlidesAI" button on the top right corner.

After Installing SlidesAI open Google Slides, and navigate to Extensions, under which you should be able to see the SlidesAI.io option, now click on SlidesAI.io option and subsequently click on Generate Slides in order to create new presentation using a prompt.

You may generate slides either using "From You Own Text" or "From Topic" (other options are not available and may be available in the future). One may generate Presentation using one's own text however there is a 350 characters limit which restricts from giving a good prompt. Hence it is suggested to use the "From Topic " option. The following steps show how to generate presentation using "From Topic" feature.

The teacher may use the NCERT textbooks available online (https://ncert.nic.in/textbook.php) to generate the prompt . Let us look at how one can generate a prompt to make a presentation on the topic "Natural Phenomenon" from Class 8, Chapter 12 in the NCERT Science Textbook.
The word limit is 200 characters, in order to make an effective presentation the teachers can use a prompt consisting of the topics from the NCERT chapter for which the presentation needs to be made. Following are few examples:

Prompt for the topic "Social Health" : What is Social Health?, Need for developing social health, Role of various Institutions, Role of schools in promoting social health, Ideas for Promoting Social Health of Students .

Now please select the Presentation type, for example to teach a topic called "Some Natural Phenomenon" one might prefer using "Educational" presentation type, then please choose number of of Slides followed by the "Style" of the Slides.
Now please Scroll down and choose Color Presets according to your liking. Please scroll down further and and select the Layout Type for the Slides along with a "Logo" in .jpeg/.jpg format in order to personalize the slides.

After making the above choices please click on "Create Slides" in order to start generating the slides. After which SlidesAI will start generating the slides, SlidesAI will take one to two minutes to create slides.

After the slides have been created the given window will appear on your computer , please press Okay and close the window. Once you go back to the Google Slides, you will be able to see the complete presentation created by SlidesAI.

The figures given below shows examples of a slides generated by SlidesAI on the topic "Some Natural Phenomenon" using the prompt given in step 4.
For further customization, teacher can edit the generated slides by using "edit theme" option under the "slides" button in the menu bar.
