TOOL 2 : ADOBE FIREFLY
Firefly is an AI tool by Adobe that allows you to create images based on descriptions you provide in text form. It's part of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, but there's also a text effects feature within Adobe Express that utilizes Firefly's tech.
There are two main ways which you can use Firefly for image generation:
This is the simplest way in which you can generate images from text. Just open Adobe Creative Cloud and simply start writing your text prompt in the search bar describing the image you want.
Click on Generate and Firefly generates several options based on your description. Use this when you wish to create high definition images and download them so that you can use them in your projects/presentations.
The free version of Adobe Express offers a limited text effects feature powered by Firefly. Here, you can't create images from scratch, but you can apply cool text styles and effects using text prompts.
You can see the Text to Image Generator here as well. Use this if you wish to create your whole project/ document/ presentation here itself. But remember, you won’t be able to generate more than a few images in the free version.
Note that, if you have a Creative Cloud subscription (full package or Photoshop plan), you can access Firefly within Photoshop. There's a dedicated workspace for it.
Be Specific: The more details you provide, the better Firefly can understand your vision. Describe objects, colors, lighting, mood, etc.
Use References: If you have a specific style or image in mind, include keywords referencing it. For example, "painting style of Van Gogh" or "photorealistic portrait."
Start Simple: Begin with basic prompts and gradually add complexity as you get comfortable.
Use Strong Verbs: Action verbs can add life to your descriptions. Instead of "a cat," try "a cat leaping through the air."
Play with Iterations: Firefly generates multiple images based on your prompt. Don't settle for the first one. Try refining your prompt based on the generated options.
We provide you with the same example of generating realistic images of human lungs here (in the Creative Cloud):
