Submitting a Budget

How to get a budget approved?

1. Use the budget template found in the Finance Board shared drive to make a copy and input your requests - if you do not have access to this, contact fbchair@iit.edu to be added to the google groups for student orgs and to gain access.

2. Submit a new budget request in the form below (form for Fall 2024 opens on August 1st)

3. Attach any supporting docs to your budget with evidence of the prices you are requesting for (e.g. screenshots, links to website)

We are currently not accepting new budgets at this time. Budget submission for Fall 2024 will open on August 1st, 2024.
