Project proposals and reports. Airfoil selection and wing optimization. Softwares utilized: Python, Matlab, XFLR , LateX.

TESTING

Wing. tip testing. Electronic and surfaces control testing. Conducting flight tests with the flight test engineer for DBF fly-days. Performing both aerodynamic static and dynamic stability. This phase requires a lot more revisions, adjusting and altering some or parts of the airplane components. Writng up testing reports and performance  metric analysis.

DESIGN

First base prelimnary desgin. Subsystem components overview and analysis. CAD drawing, Modeling, Electrical  and proplusion schematics. Motor and Battery loading.  Detail functional design. Softwares utilized: Solidworks, MotoCalc, Ansys, FEniCSx.

MANUFACTURING

Fabrication of all desgin components. CNC the composites and foam boards. 3D printing the parts. Laser cutting the balsa woods. Sanding and epoxying the carbon sheets and  fiber cloth.  Integrating all the structural compnents like the fuselage, wing, . controlers, landing gear, motor and head cone.
