• Recommendation: Ph. D. and Master students are required to arrange for a recommendation letter to be submitted via the link sent to you after you register.

• Registration Fee: Participants will receive information about payment of registration fee after filling in the registration form.

• Registration fee is NOT required for Masters students.

• Oral/Poster Presentation: Selected participants will be notified for oral and poster presentations.
