About me:
Hello! I'm Malavika Edathottiyil, a PhD scholar in Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Berhampur, Odisha, India, where I am currently working under the guidance of Dr. G. Kasi Viswanadham in the field of Analytic Number Theory. My research primarily focuses on both additive and multiplicative number theory. My academic journey also included a year-long coursework at NISER (National Institute of Science Education and Research) Bhubaneswar.
I earned my 5-Year Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics from Pondicherry University in 2019, and I have qualified both GATE and CSIR-NET, securing an All-India Rank of 22 in the latter.
I actively participate in advanced workshops and schools, where I engage with experts and peers to deepen my understanding in the related field.
In recognition of my academic dedication and international outlook, I have been awarded the Raman-Charpak Fellowship to carry out research in France from July 2025 to October 2025.
