Lab Resources:
Our lab is currently equipped with a high-performance computing infrastructure along with a modest wet lab setup, to perform various systems biology studies with a collective goal to decipher the complexity and intricacy of nature.
The BigData Facility (DHYAN) has 20 CPU (800 cores) data node clusters with 8TB of RAM. The BigData Facility uses a parallel File System (~250TB) of DDN GRIDScaler storage at 15 GBps throughput over 100 Gbps interconnect network. – IIIT Allahabad Central Facility
Cloud Facility: The Cloud Facility has 6 cloud nodes (240 cores) with 2.3TB of RAM along with ~150TB of storage. The interconnect speed between nodes is 10Gbps and external connectivity is 10Gbps in Cloud Facility. The Cloud Facility supports Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Container as a Service (CaaS), and Virtual Machines containers (LXC, LXD, and Docker). – IIIT Allahabad Central Facility
