Prof. Lenka’s research interests are in the fields of Fog / Mist Computing, IoT Sensing Infrastructure Deployment, DFA based Pattern Matching, Recommendation Systems, Geographical Information System, Sensor Networks, Formal Methods.

He teaches Computational Intelligence, Operating Systems, Theory of Computation, Compiler Design, Software Engineering, Database Design, Algorithms, Software Project Management and Software Testing.

He is a professional member of IEEE and International Association of Engineers (IAENG).
