Bhavya, a BSc Agriculture graduate with a strong passion for environmental sustainability, conducted a detailed desk review during her summer internship at TERI on the "Study on Implementation of Compensatory Afforestation in India," identifying issues like underutilization of funds and land scarcity and providing actionable recommendations. She demonstrated empathetic leadership in APMAS's Climate-Smart Village Project. Her graduation involved hands-on experience in horticultural crop value addition and creating a production and marketing business plan. Bhavya's holistic understanding of rural socioeconomics was further highlighted by her impactful RAWEP agricultural awareness workshops, positioning her to make meaningful contributions in sustainable management.
