Shubham is a focused, hardworking, and disciplined individual full of enthusiasm, deeply committed to moral and social development. As an agriculture graduate, his passion for sustainability blossomed through his exposure to the agriculture sector, which ignited a desire to contribute to the dynamic field of sustainability. During his summer internship at Vedanta Limited, he worked at a mining site, identifying areas for improvement and preparing a roadmap to make the mine green and sustainable. Shubham is adaptive, an eager learner, and possesses strong leadership skills, coupled with a natural aptitude for empathy and a strong collaborative mindset.
