Shiva is a Forestry graduate and an environmental enthusiast. His interests lie in nature photography, and he is well-trained in Forestry technicalities. He holds a special degree from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Bangkok, Thailand, in Food and Sustainability and has research experience. He has inspired himself to work on environmental and global problems through sustainability. He is a quick learner and a hardworking individual, as well as a good listener. He is a team player with leadership qualities and problem-solving skills. His hobbies include exploring new places, playing chess, and bird watching. 

Achievements

• Participated and won Third prize in State level Quiz Competition Organised by KSAPS, Bengaluru in 2021 in Collaboration with National Service Scheme and National Cadet Corps.

• Selected for International Training at Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand under World Bank funded project ICAR-NAHEP-IDP of University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. Selected for International Training at Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand under World Bank funded project ICAR-NAHEP-IDP of University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad.

• University representation in South Zone Chess Tournament 2019.Held at Gandhigram, Tamil Nadu organized by Ministry Of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government Of India.

• Participated and Secured National Rank Seventh in 9th International Level Science Talent Search Examination 2014 conducted by Taramandala, Children’s Development Org. Karnataka.
