Monica Natal is an active listener and dedicated learner. She completed her BSc in Mathematics from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakpur University in 2021 and also embarked on a fulfilling journey as an IRDA agent for three years (2020-2023). Simultaneously, she independently managed a successful small business of handmade gifts, generating a revenue of Rs 1,74,000 in its inaugural year. As an IRDA agent, she developed a keen interest in sustainability, particularly in green bonds. She is a dendrophile too. Therefore, she is pursuing an MBA in Sustainability from IIFM Bhopal, combining her technical skills in insurance with her passion for sustainability.
