Sourav Kumar Mohanty, hailing from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, completed his graduation from Utkal University with a degree in Botany Hons. He possesses a curious mind and maintains a strong eagerness to learn. Listening and problem-solving are some of his notable strengths. Despite being somewhat introverted, he prefers collaborative group work. He consistently maintains an open mind to facilitate continuous growth and improvement. Sourav is not one to shy away from his mistakes or place blame on others. Although he may require some time to adjust, once settled and comprehending his tasks, he naturally excels in his endeavors.
