Rutuja is a committed forest graduate student who has a deep love for the environment, wildlife and a significant interest in biodiversity conservation and climate change. She is a hardworking, goal oriented, peace loving and quick learner .She enjoys leading treks that dive into the depths of the natural beauty because she has best experience in conducting  nature trails .She has worked with the forest department of Maharashtra in her UG and learned about Human wildlife conflicts, collection of data for village surveyes , forest law , camera trapping assesing and reducing forest fires. She is keen to learn and work with organizations to contribute more towards the development of company, society and self.

• "Completed the one-week national e-Training on “Wildlife Conservation and Management”.

• Done nature guide training by nature conservation foundation.

• Succussfully completed Ornithology course of national programme on technology enhanced learning. 

• Successfully completed an internship at Khaladkar Agribusiness Pvt. Ltd."
