Welcome to IHM CARES

We ask that CARES Forms along with payment be submitted on Thursday for the following week. We will accept payment and forms on Friday, AT THE LATEST.

Monday payments will no longer be accepted. We understand that there are emergency situations, but in order to staff properly as well as know how each child is getting home, CARES things need to be submitted the previous week.

If a day needs to be added due to an emergency, the cost for the day will be $25 instead of $14 (with an additional $3 per child). For example 2 children added would be $28.

If there is a change in your child's CARES schedule, please email the CARES Directors at Cares@iheartmary.org, notify the office, as well as your child's teacher. This is to ensure that we know where everyone is going at the end of the day!
