Four lines are set up, two on each sideline
Two defenders are placed on each side of the court
Start by going 3 on 2 to one end of the floor
Play until there's a score or a stop
Once the possession ends, whoever has the ball stays in the drillÂ
it could be one of the offensive players or one of the defensive players
If an offensive player gets an offensive rebound, they remain in the drill and go the other way
As soon as the possession ends, whoever has the ball outlets it to one of the sideline players on their side of the floor
Those players now fast break to the opposite direction going 3 on 2
Drill is continuous for a set period of time
Variations: 2 on 1 or 4 on 3
You can make this competitive by keeping track of which players stay in the floor for the most possessions
