Two lines are set up, one on each wing
There is a passing line and a shooting line
The first player in the shooting line makes a tight cut, receives a pass, and takes the shot
The second player in the shooting line makes a fade cut, receives a pass, and takes the shot
Players in the shooting line alternate the above actions continuously
When a player shoots the ball, they get their own rebound, and switch lines
When a player passes the ball, they switch lines

After a set amount of time, the passing line and shooting line switch sides
A third part of the drill can be done by putting the passing line on the baseline and the shooting line at half court, with the cutters alternating cutting left and right (second diagram on the right)
