Three players are assigned to a basket
One person is the shooter, one is the rebounder, and the other is the passer
The shooter goes back and forth between two spots on the floor and gets continuous passes for shots for a set period of time (usually 1-2 minutes)
After that designated time is complete, players rotate to new roles (i.e. passer becomes shooter, rebounder becomes passer, etc.)
Spots that can be used: elbow to elbow, elbow to short corner, wing to top of the key, etc.
Make sure you are shot ready on every catch
While this drill mostly works on mid-range jump shots, you can adjust distance along with location
You can make this drill competitive in multiple ways (everyone vs everyone, baskets against each other, etc.)
