2 on 0 Drives/Drifts

Directions:

1. Players are divided into two lines

2. One line is for the drivers (#1 and #2) and the other line is for the shooters (#3 and #4)

3. The driver dribbles hard to the baseline and the shooter cuts to the corner ("drift") at the same time

4. The driver passes the ball to the shooter for a 3

5. Players should switch lines after each action

Other Teaching Points:

• Focus on being shot ready to simulate game-like shots

• Complete these actions from both spots on the floor

• Make sure to emphasize communication and reading your teammates' drives

• You can layer multiple actions together within the drill (i.e. two drives in a row with corresponding reads)
