Shell Rebounding

Directions:

1. There are five offensive players and five defensive players

2. The ball is passed around the court and the defense makes the proper shell rotations

3. When the coach yells “shot,” the next player to catch the ball shoots it

4. All five defenders block out and the offensive players crash the boards

5. If the defense gets the rebound, their team gets one point and they stay on defense for the next possession

6. If the offense grabs the rebound, they get two points and rotate to defense for the next possession
