Michigan State Rebounding

Directions:

1. Five offensive players line up around the perimeter

2. Five defensive players line up across them 2-3 steps inside the 3 point line

3. Coach shoots the ball

4. Defenders block out and the offense pursues the ball

5. Whoever rebounds the ball (even the defense), scores

6. If you score, you stay in the inside position on the next shot by the coach

7. If you score, you earn the right to defensive rebound
