Five players line up along the baseline and the ball starts in the middle
Pass to the inside man and cut/follow behind BOTH guys on the side that you passed to (example: #1 passes #3, so he goes behind #3 and #5 towards the sideline)
Continue this action over and over again, moving down the floor
The last pass should be a bounce pass for a lay-up
Work on a variety of passes if you choose, including: chest passes, bounce passes, inside hand passes, one dribble passes, etc.
Focus on passing and catching technique
Emphasize communicating on each pass
This is a great conditioning drill utilizing a basketball
Other modifications could also include pass limitations (3 passes, 4 passes, etc.)
