There are three lines on the baseline
While running full speed, players pass the ball back and forth to each other traveling the length of the court
When receiving the basketball, the middle player passes to the opposite side of where he received the ball from
Each player stays in their "lane" while they are passing the ball down the court
Once they get to to the opposite basket, they make a lay-up
Work on a variety of passes if you choose, including: chest passes, bounce passes, inside hand passes, one dribble passes, etc.
Focus on passing and catching technique
Emphasize communicating on each pass
