Players set up 4 on 4
Both teams have to operate within the specific boundaries (usually, inside the volleyball lines)
The offensive team has to complete as many passes as they can't without turning the ball over or having it tipped out of bounds
The defense tries to deny the offense the pass
A team gets one point per pass completed
If the ball is turned over, an offensive player with the ball steps out of bounds, or if the ball is tipped out of bounds, offense and defense switch before continuing the competition
This is a timed drill with a winner at the end
Offensive players may cut and screen within the boundaries to get open
Generally, no dribbling should be permitted
