2 on 2 Attacking PNR Coverages

Directions:

1. Set up 2 vs. 2 in the half court setting

2. Work on attacking various pick and roll defensive coverages

• Normal Pick and Roll or Pick and Pop

• Attacking Drop Coverage

• Short Roll vs. High Hedge

• Pull Back Attack vs. High Hedge

• Ghost Screens vs. Switches

• Reject vs. Down/Ice Coverage

• Single Side Bumps (add a third player to the ball side corner)

• Etc.

3. Simply do "jumps" or play live

Other Teaching Points:

• Communicate all actions

• Work on attacking defensive coverages of pick and rolls for scout purposes

• Make sure screens occur at various parts of the floor
