One basketball is placed on the floor at each block (two basketballs total)
One player is in the lane without a ball
When prompted, the player goes to each side of the floor, one at a time, grabs the basketball, makes a lay-up, and places the ball back on the ground
Once completed, they do the same on the other side
They continue to do this for a set period of ti

Reverse power lay-up
Shot fake finish
