Alan Stein Drill

Directions:

1. The coach passes to the first person in either line

2. As soon as one of the players catches the ball, he attacks the rim and tries to finish through contact

3. The other player (one who did not receive the pass) tries to stop the score

Other Teaching Points:

• Emphasize different finishes or go freestyle

• Change the distance of the lines and/or their location from the basket to simulate different scoring situations
