Jumps:
Full speed defensive rotations without going live
Jumps to Live:
Full speed defensive rotations until coach says live, then play competitively
Live:
Play competitively from the beginning of the drill
Disadvantage Starts:
The defender guarding the ball to start lines up next to or behind the ball handler to create a drive disadvantage to start the drill. The ball is live right away and the defender recovers as soon as the drive is made.
Change:
When the coach says "change," offensive and defense switch in the half court. You can't guard who was guarding you.
Bust Out:
When the coach says "bust out," whoever has the ball fast breaks down to the other end of the floor with the defense rotating back
