Directions:

1. There are five offensive players and four defensive players

2. The defense matches up in man-to-man, leaving one offensive player unguarded

3. The offense tries to score 

4. The defense has to scramble to cover the ball and players that cut to the basket 

Other Teaching Points:

• Rotate on the air-time of the ball - be there on the catch

• Maintain proper defensive positioning

• Communication is key!

• Defense is not in a zone, but they are helping on the players who are unguarded
