Players line up in three lines
Each line works their own 1/3 of the court (i.e. the left line works sideline to lane-line extended, the middle line works lane-line extended to lane-line extended, and the right line works lane-line extended to sideline)
Each offensive player is guarded by one defender
The offensive player must dribble the ball the length of the court while staying in their lane as described above
The offensive player can use any dribble moves and needs to advance the ball to the opposite baseline line with their dribble
The defense applies constant pressure to the offense and should make contact (within reason) with the ball handler often
Once both players get to the opposite baseline, offense and defense switches before repeating the drill coming back down the floor
Work on a variety of change of direction moves at the different spots on the floor
Fouls will not be called and contact is encouraged, but within reason to avoid injury
