There are two lines, one on each baseline
Players dribble the length of the court
When they get to a cone, they make a change of direction move
Once they get to the basket on the opposite side of the floor, they score the basketball
Work on a variety of change of direction moves at the different spots on the floor
Utilize both sides of the floor
Work on a variety of designated finishes
If limited for space, you can use the side baskets instead
This is a great way to incorporate conditioning with a ball
Types of change of direction moves:
Hesitation, crossover, between the legs, behind the back, spin move, combo dribble, etc.
Types of finishes to work on:
Regular lay-up, power lay-up, shot fake finish, pull-up J, floater, Euro step, Rondo, Barkley, reverse lay-up, inside hand finish, awkward finish, etc.
