Directions:

• #1 passes to #2

• #4 and #5 set baseline pin screens for #3 (screening the zone)

• If the ball gets passed to #3, the opposite post has the option to flash to the high post

• If #3 is not open, the ball is reversed to the opposite side and the same action continues

Scoring Options:

1. If #3 receives a pass and the baseline zone defender does not close out, he has an open shot

2. If #3 receives a pass and the baseline defender closes out, he can dump the ball down to the strong side post for a score

3. #3 can hit the high post flash for a score or to initiate high/low action between #4 and #5

Other Teaching Points:

• #3 should read the defense and can use the baseline pin screens any way they see fit

• This works best against a 1-2-2 or 3-2 half court zone
