All students enrolled in Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM), CFGS Students, Training and Insertion Programs (PFI), and Vocational Training for Employment courses
Is there any age limit to participate?
There is no age limit to participate.
How can i apply?
To apply, you must prepare a set of documents and fill out the application form. The required documentation and the application form will be available in each call for applications.
What documents do i need to submit?
Curriculum Vitae in Europass format and in English.
Presentation video in English (1 minute)
Authorization to participate in the program signed by one of the legal guardians in the case of minors.
Copy of your ID, NIE, or passport.
IBAN.
Image rights consent form.
European Health Insurance Card.
What is the financial support of the Erasmus+ grant?
The financial support varies depending on the year the project was approved. You can check the specific budget for each year in the call for applications. All grants include an allowance to cover travel expenses and another to cover accommodation, local transport, and meals.
How long does an Erasmus+ mobility last?
You can check the duration of the mobilities in the call. Usually about 30 or 60 days, but they can range between 10 and 365 days according to the Erasmus+ Programme regulations.
Do i need to know a foreign language?
Knowing a foreign language is not an essential requirement.
What are the selection criteria?
Selection criteria may vary depending on the academic year and can be found in the call for applications.
What destinations are available?
Destinations may vary depending on the call and the academic year. In some cases, the destination will be announced in the call, while in others, it will be assigned once participants have been selected. So far, we have organized Erasmus+ mobilities in Italy, Portugal, Northern Ireland and the Netherlands.
When is the call for applications open?
The call usually opens once or twice during the school year. When a call is published, all students are invited to an information session
Can Erasmus+ internships count as FCT (Workplace Training Module)?
Yes, the internship hours completed through Erasmus+ can be validated as part of your FCT. Moreover, you can also complete an Erasmus+ internship even if you have already finished the FCT module.
Can i participate in an Erasmus+ mobility if i have already participated before?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of times you can take part in an Erasmus+ mobility. However, priority will be given to students who have never participated before.
Can i apply again if i wasn't selected?
Yes, you can apply to all available calls as long as you are still a student at one of the schools.
Can i withdraw from the Erasmus+ grant after being selected?
Once you have signed the grant agreement, if you withdraw from the Erasmus+ grant, you must reimburse the proportional part of any expenses already incurred. If the withdrawal is due to force majeure (for example, illness), it will be considered justified.
What insurance will i have during my Erasmus+ mobility?
Institut Rocagrossa will provide health care, travel assistance, civil liability, and accident insurance for all students. In addition, selected participants must apply for the European Health Insurance Card.
Will i receive any recognition after completing the Erasmus+ mobility?
Yes, when you complete your mobility, you will receive a certificate signed by the company where you did your internship and a Europass Mobility Certificate issued by your school. Furthermore, your Erasmus+ mobility will be included in your academic record.
What are the conditions for participating in Erasmus+ as a recent graduate?
You can take part in an Erasmus+ mobility up to one year after finishing your studies, as long as you were selected while you were still enrolled.
Will i travel alone?
Usually, mobilities are organized in groups, so you will travel with other classmates from your school and/or from other schools. In addition, sometimes, an adult accompanies the group on the outward journey and stays for a few days at the destination with the group.
Where will i stay?
The school will arrange your accommodation, usually in a shared apartment or a student residence. In general, you will share a room. All accommodations will include a kitchen and the necessary utensils for daily living.
Do i need to attend any training before going on ERASMUS+?
Yes, before departure, a mandatory training session will be organized for all students. During this training, you will meet your fellow participants and work on important topics such as intercultural understanding, conflict resolution, and communication.
What are the requirements to receive inclusion support?
Participants must have a legally recognized and certified disability of 33% or higher, or have duly accredited physical, mental, or health-related issues, supported by the corresponding medical certification.
