Manga Project

Project Outline

IEEE Japan Council Student Activities Committee organized a Manga plot contest for IEEE student members, and IEEE Japan Council, DNP, Maruzen Yushodo, and professional manga artists will serve as judges to select the following three works from the student entries and publish them as comics.

Background

IEEE is the world's largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. It is important not only to share professional information among researchers and engineers, but also to communicate with diverse people, including children, so that they can understand the pleasure of science and engineering.

In order to achieve this goal, IEEE Japan Council, Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP), and Maruzen Yushodo Co. Ltd. (Maruzen Yushodo) have launched this project which will lead to technological innovation in the future through comics.
