About Physical Education

Physical Education will consist of the following units: Physical Fitness, Flag Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Floor Hockey, Scooters, Racquet Sports, Health, Dance, Basketball, and Tactical Games.

In each unit we will have a warm up, learn the basic skills, and play modified games.

Students are expected to bring a water bottle to class every day and come prepared to work hard and have fun!
