Thank you for using our applications. At Ideas Snap, we are continually improving and creating innovative products to bring the best value to you. These Terms of Use apply to all products and services offered by Ideas Snap. Please read them carefully before using our apps.
By using Ideas Snap products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization, and “you” will refer to that organization.
Subscribed users have unlimited access to premium features of the app (including but not limited to speech-to-text, translations, and text-to-speech).
Unsubscribed users may only access services with a limited daily quota.
Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their Account Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
You agree not to do, or attempt to do, any of the following:
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Ideas Snap system or network.
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Ideas Snap systems.
Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer our software.
Interfere with, or disrupt, any user, host, or network (including viruses, spam, or overloading).
Use unauthorized tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access Ideas Snap.
Plant or distribute malware.
Send unsolicited communications, advertisements, or spam.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Post or transmit fraudulent, infringing, or illegal content.
Violate privacy rights or any applicable laws.
Encourage others to violate these Terms.
Although we are not obligated to monitor your activity or content, we reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms. We may also cooperate with law enforcement as required.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with copyright law. It is our policy to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe, or are believed to repeatedly infringe, the rights of copyright holders.
Our apps, including Healthcare AI, are intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
The app does not provide medical diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, or professional healthcare services.
All insights or suggestions are to be used as wellness guidance, not medical advice.
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, treatment, or lifestyle.
In the event of a medical emergency or unusual symptoms, please seek immediate medical attention or call your local emergency services.
We are not responsible for any loss, harm, or consequences resulting from reliance on our apps without professional consultation. Users are solely responsible for their actions, decisions, and consequences while using Ideas Snap products.
