Google Calendar is the official tool we use at the school to help us keep track of our schedule, meetings, events, deadlines, appointments and more.
Get the official Google Calendar app for your iPhone or iPad to save time and make the most of every day.
Different ways to view your calendar - quickly switch between month, week, and day view.
Events from Gmail are added to your calendar automatically
Meetings, schedule, Google Classroom assignments, and more
To-dos - Use Reminders to create and view to-dos alongside your events.
All your calendars in one place - it works with all calendar on your phone.
Your primary and default calendar on Google Calendar is by default shared to everyone. This is where you add your schedule, meetings and other events that would be visible to everyone.
Avoid using your primary calendar to schedule any personal events specially outside of work. You can create a new calendar for other purposes personal or not.
For a tutorial on Calendar features, visit Google Workspace Learning Center: Calendar.
All Staff and Students have access to Google Calendar. To take advantage of this tool, everyone will need to be signed in using their school Email.

All students are not allowed to book any of the resourcess at the moment.
It is a good practice to send someone a calendar invite to meet with them for planning, collaboration and more.
It is also a good practice to respond to these invites to let the inviter know whether or not you are available.
This way we can eliminate unnecessary communication.
