What is our vision/framework for blended learning?

ICSD's Blended Learning is grounded in the historically responsive literacy framework from Dr. Gholdy Muhammed. This framework offers a unique, culturally and historically responsive approach towards the goal of genius and joy. This approach is essential for all students, especially youth of color, who traditionally have been marginalized in learning standards, policies, and school practices.
