This can be done via email, phone or via the online portal – https://helpdesk.it-logik.com. The preferred method is via email, but in urgent situations we would recommend calling the number below and expressing the level of urgency when making the call.

Our onsite engineer is Roberto Roberti. Roberto will be on site as and when he is needed, addressing issues posted to the service desk.
Please do not ask Roberto to deal with problems if you see him around the school - instead raise a ticket with the service desk.
