Our project Erasmus+KA1 “from special needs to inclusive innovation: the circle of the eductional community” has a three-year duration, starting from September 2020 and ending in September 2023 and includes 56 mobility actions (39 courses and 17 jobshadowing periods) in 8 different European countries (France, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Malta, Poland, United Kingdom and Sweden) for an approved total budget of 110.072 euros.
The Erasmus+UNESCO team of our Institute has carefully selected the training activities so as to meet our needs and help to achieve the objectives expressed in the European development plan in favour of an active teaching style, with a view to to making school a really inclusive place capable of offering all students a quality learning environment.
Thanks to this project, we strongly believe that we will be able to improve the quality of teaching, also as a result of the acquisition of good educational habits obtained through the collaborative relationships and exchange via eTwinning with the colleagues met during the Erasmus project and with their European Institutes to share plans.
The cultural exchange and the contacts will not only take place between teachers, but they will have a positive effect also on the students and their families, reinforcing the perception of the common European identity.
According to our project, the school will open up towards a European dimension of education, providing the teachers with the opportunity to join a language course or a methodology course abroad and to carry our observation activities in a foreign school (Job Shadowing).
Il nostro progetto Erasmus+KA1 “Dai bisogni speciali all'innovazione inclusiva e didattica: il cerchio della comunità educativa.” ha una durata operativa triennale che decorre da settembre 2020 e termina a settembre 2023 e prevede 56 azioni di mobilità (39 corsi e 17 jobshadowing) in 8 diversi Paesi europei (Francia, Finlandia, Irlanda, Islanda, Malta, Polonia, Regno Unito, Svezia) per un budget approvato complessivo di Euro 110.072.
Il Team Erasmus+UNESCO del nostro Istituto ha attentamente selezionato le attività formative in modo che potessero soddisfare i bisogni e aiutare a raggiungere gli obiettivi espressi nel piano di sviluppo europeo per agire in favore di una didattica attiva, in modo da rendere la scuola un luogo veramente inclusivo e capace di offrire un ambiente educativo di qualità per tutti gli alunni.
Grazie a questo progetto crediamo fortemente che potrà migliorare la qualità dell’insegnamento anche attraverso l’acquisizione di buone pratiche educative ottenute grazie ai rapporti di collaborazione e scambio via eTwinning con i colleghi conosciuti durante il progetto Erasmus e con i loro Istituti europei per condividerne progetti e scambi educativi.
Lo scambio culturale e la conoscenza non avverranno soltanto tra insegnanti, ma ricadranno positivamente anche sugli gli studenti e sulle famiglie rafforzando la percezione della comune identità europea. In base al nostro progetto la scuola si aprirà verso la dimensione europea dell’educazione offrendo ai docenti la possibilità di frequentare un corso di lingua e/o metodologia all’estero e di svolgere attività di osservazione in una scuola straniera (Job Shadowing).
