Mrs. Helena Price

I am a 27 year Air Force Veteran and have worked at Illini Bluffs for the last 3 and a half years.  After retiring from the Air Force, I started out as a substitute teacher here at Illini Bluffs then transitioned into a Paraprofessional role in the elementary school.  I have been married to my husband, Mike, for 23 years and we have 2 kids, Evan and Nadia.  Both have attended Illini Bluffs since Kindergarten and are currently starting their Senior year and 8th grade year, respectively.  

While I loved my job as a paraprofessional, I am also very excited to start in this new role as the High School Spanish teacher.  My goal is to have fun with the students all while learning a new language!
