I am a researcher of the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET) from Argentina. I develop my research activities at the Magnetic Resonance Laboratory in the Physics Deparment of the Centro Atómico Bariloche. I received my degree in Physics in 2010 from the Science’s Faculty of National University of Engineering in Lima, Perú. In 2011 I moved to Argentina and obtained my Ph.D. in Physics in 2015 from Instituto Balseiro/Cuyo’s National University with a fellowship sponsored by CONICET/Argentina. My first postdoc at the Magnetic Resonance Laboratory of Centro Atómico Bariloche in Argentina between 2016-2018 consisted on the generation and detection of spin currents with synthetic antiferromagnets. A second postdoc at SPINTEC laboratory from Commissariat à l’énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives (CEA) in Grenoble, France (2018-2020) was focused on the development of optically-switchable synthetic ferrimagnetic materials and its integration within MTJ structures. My current research activities involves the study of spin dynamics in low dimensional systems and magnetotransport in micro and nanostructures.
Chiara Lombardo undergraduate student and Nuria Abellan Ph. D. candidate presented the first results of their projects on the spin torque ferromagnetic resonance and magnetization dynamics in ferromagnetic-normal metal bilayers
More results are coming soon! Stay tuned :)

The proposal "Transporte de eSPÍN en microestructUras magNétIcas – SPINUNI (Spin Transport in Magnetic Microstructures)", has been funded by the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería in Lima, Peru. This project is collaboration with the Laboratory of Nanostructured Materials of the Science Faculty of the Engineering National University in Peru, with Dr. Abel Gutarra and Misael León Hilario
I am eagerly looking forward to starting this new project!
