Matthew (Nick) Veldt

I am a graduate student in my fifth year at Iowa State University, working with my advisor, Ryan R. Martin. My research is primarily on poset saturation, with a minor emphasis on machine learning.

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied and Computational Mathematics at Michigan Tech in 2020.

I am projected to graduate from Iowa State University in July 2025 with a PhD in Applied Mathematics and a graduate minor in Computer Science.
